Blueberries contain 2.56 mg. of manganese per 100 grams of manganese or five times the amount in most fruits. This was published in Better Nutrition in July, l990. They also contain per cup the following: 48 mg. of calcium, 402 mg. of potassium, 5,440 mg. of beta carotene, and 53 mg. of Vitamin C.
