In a saucepan lightly sprayed with non-stick cooking spray, sauté mushrooms and onions in the oyster sauce and chicken broth until tender. Set aside.
In a blender or food processor put above ingredients with mushroom mixture. Blend until smooth. Return to saucepan and stir over medium heat until mixture has thickened.
