Yogurt Dressing

 

2 tablespoons light or fat-free mayonnaise

1 cup of yogurt (homemade preferred)

1 teaspoon spicy mustard

1 package artificial sweetener (sugar-free)

 

Mix above ingredients in a bowl. Put in a plastic container with a cover and refrigerate.

This recipe contains: calcium, potassium, magnesium, vitamin A, vitamin D, vitamin K, and the B vitamins.
