Combine
all ingredients except spaghetti sauce. Form into balls. In a skillet lightly greased with
olive oil, brown the meat balls. Add the spaghetti sauce and simmer over low heat until
meat balls are cooked.
If you buy spaghetti sauce, be sure to read the label and
note the fat content. Try to buy the one with 2 grams of fat per serving - not 6 or 8
grams or more. You can also buy spaghetti sauce that does not contain sugar or salt. Be a
