IMPOSSIBLE TURKEY PIE
1 lb. ground turkey meat (no skin)
97-99% fat free
1 medium onion chopped
1 tsp. ground pepper
2 tsp. low sodium soy sauce
1 cup shredded part skim mozzarella cheese
¾ cup whole wheat pastry flour
½ cup non-fat dry milk
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. olive or canola oil
1 egg
1¼ cup of skim milk
In a skillet, brown ground
turkey meat, onions, soy sauce and pepper.
In a lightly greased 10 inch microwave safe pie dish, put the cooked turkey.
Over the top of turkey put the shredded cheese.
In a blender or a food processor, put the remaining ingredients.
Blend for a minute. You may also blend by hand.
Pour over turkey and microwave for 17 minutes on High or until pie is cooked.
If you
want to bake the pie in the oven, put mixture in a lightly greased pie tin.
Bake at 350 degrees
for about 30 to 35 minutes.
