2 cups skim milk
1 cup non-dairy whipped topping
(make sure it has no more than one gram of sugar per serving)
Mix the pudding mix and the skim milk in a bowl and mix until there are not
any lumps.
Let set until thick. Fold in the whipped topping. Return to refrigerator
and keep cold until it is served.
